Meet the Staff

The Riggins Family

Brother Richard Riggins, his wife Judy, their daughters Denise and Amanda, and their son Tim, certainly love their Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and would consider it an honor to minister to you. Being ordained as a Deacon of Mt. Olive General Baptist Church in 1976, Brother Rich has been faithfully serving the Lord in that capacity ever since. It is obvious to anyone that meets them, that God has certainly blessed the Riggins family. Our prayer is that God bless you just as much. Consider this a special invitation to visit us and to see the Church that God is building, one person, or one family, at a time.

The Beaver Family

What a wonderful blessing to be called the Pastor of Mt. Olive General Baptist Church. Pastor Ron Beaver says that God has certainly blessed him, not only with a wonderful wife of 30 years and two Christian children, but with a Church family that loves to minister and to bless others.
Pastor Ron, along with his wife De, son Ray and daughter Jessica, invite you to come and find out for yourself what the love of God is really all about.

The Faries Family

Brother Wayne Faries has been a deacon at Mt. Olive since 1990. Saved as a teenager, Brother Wayne says that God has blessed his life tremendously every since. "God sent me a beautiful Christian wife, Janice, and two wonderful daughters, Jessica and Jana, who have both received Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Saviour. Plus, He has given us a wonderful extended Christian family at Mt. Olive. Some, I have known for over 20 years and others for just a few months, but all of them are very special to me. I thank God for allowing me to be a part of their lives and invite you to join us and to let God bless your life as well."

Brother Jed was ordained as a Deacon in September of 2007 and along with his family, are a wonderful addition to the leadership team at Mt. Olive!
